The Scott's fly out and Play.

We were so lucky to have the Scott's out this weekend to play with us. We really needed a play date :), and what fun we had. Friday Jared and Boey were able to get off so Jared picked the Scott's up at the airport at 9 in the morning and brought them home. After saying hello to each other and bringing all of their stuff in we had breakfast burritos. The boys read some Star Wars books together while we cleaned up.

Then after the girls napped we went to the park behind our house. The weather was so nice for us. It was so good to get out and play with the kids and throw the Frisbee around.

Miley really liked the grass, she loved to pick up the leaves and shred them. We call her our little shredder, because she love to rip paper or anything she can to little pieces.

Jonny was having a good time throwing the grass, rolling down the hill, and wrestling with Nate and Boey.

Nate had a great time with his dad throwing the football. He tried the Frisbee out but didn't like it as much.

Sophie hung out with mom for the most part.

Cami and Boey's kids are so cute and fun to be around. We wish they lived closer to us.

Miley also loves to stick her tongue out all the time. It is so cute.

Boey got attacked a ton by the boys. He was so good to wrestle with Nate and Jonny.

Nate had to rest from time to time so he used Miley's stroller.

Nate and Jonny really had a good time together...they really played together well.

Boey, Sophie, Jared, and Miley. It was so good to see Jared having such a good time with his friends and to see him so happy. He can totally be himself around Boey and Cami, and so can I. Its strange and wonderful that my husband had such wonderful friends that together we mesh so well with. Its such a delight to be around them and so refreshing.

After we got home we enjoyed hanging out, while most of the kids got a nap. We got Little Ceases Pizza and some bread sticks for lunch/dinner.

Then at night once the kids were in bed we played Rock Band, and some Halo. It was so nice to Rock out and hang out, and wow Cami has the most beautiful voice. We took turns with the drums, guitars, and singing, but we were the best when I wasn't singing.....We finally got to bed around 1. Boey was falling asleep on us, poor Boey, JK. Thanks again for coming and hanging out with us.

So I put Miley's hair up in a little pony tail and now she looks like our own little Cabbage Patch Doll, or so I've been told.

Mike and Dani get Hitched

Wednesday the 4th of February. Today we traveled up to Manti to watch Mike, Jared's younger brother, get married in the Manti Temple to Dani his sweetheart. It was a great drive and the kids where good. We stayed at Jared's aunt and uncles house. They where the best hosts and it was so much fun for me to get to know them better. Jared's best friend was Wade, their son. I really enjoyed myself. Then in the morning Feb 5, 2009 we went to the Manti temple to see Mike and Dani get sealed for time and all eternity. The Sealer was Dani's Grandpa, witch made it very special. He had some great advice. I really loved seeing them so happy and to hold my husbands hand and know that he is mine forever. I love him so much.

Sydney and Megan where so kind to watch the kids for us so we could there, they are so good to us. And our kids love them so much. We had a wonderful day celebrating this wonderful occasion.

So here is Nate, trying to get into every picture he could. It was so hard to keep him away from Dani and Mike, he loves them both so much and he loves getting into pictures. I thought this one was cute.

Here is the our whole family.

It was sort of cold at the temple so we went back to Marilyn and Ron's house to wait till it was time to go to the luncheon. Miley is so pretty.

The luncheon was in a cute little restaurant right by the Temple. The food was great, and so was seeing Mike and Dani so happy. It was also cool to meet Dani's family. Miley had fun playing peek a boo with her napkin.

Friday 5th Feb.

Friday morning our little family, mom, dad, and Sydney all went to the Draper Temple's open house. It was really cool to go to the temple with the kids so they could see the inside and the specal rooms in it the day after we had been to the temple for such and important event. The Temple is so beautiful, peaceful, and special. We had a great time together.

Friday night we went to the reception. The cultral hall was decorated so beautifully and cozy. We got the wedding video set up for them and then Dani and her family had bought Miley the cutest dress. We had a great time at the reseption.

Nate hanging out with Megan. Nate had a great time hanging with his Aunts and all of Dani's cousins . There was a lot of little kids to run around with. The only bad thing was he had a cough that wouldn't stop.

So near the end of the reception Mike and Dani danced. Well Nate and his friend Katie, that's what he calls her, decided that they were good dancers so they, by themselves went out on the dance area and danced. It was so cute.

We had a great time and are so happy for Mike and Dani, we hope they have a wonderful marriage and love each other forever.
