Christmas afternoon and Evening

After we opened gifts at Mom and Dad's we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Deming's house to have some fun with them. We had great food and had a good visit. It was great seeing everyone together. I probably should have watched what Nate was eating a little better

Because I guess he had a lot of Candy...it's Christmas though so it's ok right?

Well when we got back to mom and dads we just hung out and had some fun. When it was close to bed time, Nate was in Grandma's bed, he said he wasn't feeling very good. I came in there to watch the movie they had in with him, when Bam, he threw up all over the place and the poor boy just kept doing it forever it seemed like. We tried to catch it all in his sheepy blanket, but it got all over Grandma's bed. Sydney and Megan fled from the room pretty fast, when he was done. I got him changed and in front of the toilet. The poor boy, this was the first time he has ever thrown up since he was a baby. He continued doing it all threw the night. At about 2:30 Jared joined in on the fun and I felt like I was going to any min. Grandma easily ended up doing 3 to 4 batches of laundry that night, and cleaning up after others too. She is amazing, thanks for taking care of all the sick o's. I felt so bad for Nate, he kept saying, as I was trying to control his vomit, "Why does this always have to happen to me," or "Why am I the only one who has to do this," or "I just want to go home," He was so delusional. I felt so bad for him and then Jared when he joined in on the fun. What a fun night it was. Thank goodness Miley slept through all of it. That was such a blessing. And the other blessing is that we had Mom, Sydney, and Megan to help us with the kids and all the other fun. Thanks so much for all your help.

Christmas time with the Demings

Everyone had waited for us to open there presents...it was very kind of them. We were all excited to see each other and to have Christmas together.

Miley had a great time with Grandma opening gifts, and Nate took care of himself. Mike and Dani got him a Clone Trooper helmet. Pretty cool.

Miley got so many cute clothes and so did Nate. It was awesome.

Miley really got into helping grandma open her gifts too.

Christmas was just a lot of fun.

Reno liked the Monkey toy Miley picked out for him too.

Miley hit the jackpot on a strollers and many more babies. She got twins from Mike and Dani...she is a little paschal to the baby with the Binky. Already she's picking favorite kids.

Nate got to enjoy his pirate ship after opening all of his gifts. He had a lot of fun with it.

We all had a great time and we were all spoiled by our families. Thanks so much. We are so blessed.

Christmas Morning and saying goodbye to my Family.

Christmas morning was fun. Santa had brought Nate and Miley's gifts to Grandma and Grandpa's house which was awesome of him...lol. We all got up in the morning and waited till Chris and Katie got over to the house and then we all met upstairs and opened presents.

Nate got exactly what he asked for...and he was so happy and excited. Sephy loved her gifts too.

Miley got some doggie puppets, and since she just loves dogs she was really excited. She had a good time playing with her Aunt Stephanie too.

We had everything packed after we opened all the gifts. We said our goodbyes to my family. We had a great time and it was so nice to see everyone. We then headed down to Jared's families house to have Christmas with them too. Miley took a nap, and Nate being a good brother took care of Miley's baby while she rested. He'll be a good dad someday...he's such a cute boy.

But hanging out with my family was great, Thanks again. We love all of you.

Christmas Eve Party with my Family #4

We had a great Christmas Eve party at my mom's house. We had a mystery dinner. It was a lot of fun, thanks again mom for doing this. So if you don't know what a mystery dinner is, what we do is make a bunch of different foods and then curtain off the kitchen and make a mystery dinner menu. Each food, drink, utensil etc...have a different name...like Melting snow man = mashed potatoes and gravy, each person has like 25 things to choose from and 4 to 5 meals. So you might get a fork, some carrots, some beanny weenies, and a napkin on your first meal, and then the next could be jello, mashed potatoes & gravy, a drink and a tooth pick... The trick is after the first course everything, that is right everything is taken away from you so no more fork for the rest of the night, and as you can see from the second course you might have no way of eating your food. So it makes a night of fun and lots of laughter.

We were nice to Nate and Stockton and we let them have a constant fork.

We had a great time...after we were all done, I did it all to my mom, while everyone went into the kitchen and got more of what ever they wanted to eat.

Julia had a good time too, she is Julie and Sean's foreign exchange student from Germany I think. She is a really nice girl.

In between courses some people even doodled on the table cloth.

Poor Sephy fell asleep before the meal was even out to her. She took a good nap through it all, so did Miley but she was in her bed.
