Big Work Trucks/Home ward bound!

Before we left for home Nate got to do one more fun thing. After Jared and I went to the Temple in the morning, Jared, Dad, Nate, and Mike went over to Dads Aunt and Uncles house and look what they have....

We also played in the back yard some more and enjoyed grass and a porch.

We really had a great time being home and hanging out with all of our family. I still can't believe my little girl is now 1. How time flies.

Birthday Fun with My Family!

Sunday we went to church with the Deming's. I wandered the halls for the most part with Miley. She is now in the wont sit still phase. It was fun she kept wandering into the primary room, because that is where Mom, Sydney, Nate, Jonny, and Cami were, all people she knows. Mom and Dad's ward has a very small primary so she wasn't really bugging them.

After church we got ready and headed to my aunt and uncles house to have a birthday party for Miley with my side of the family. The only bad thing was Miley was so ornery. It was cool to see Blake and Tina's house. This was the first time we had been to their house since they had moved into it. It was so nice.

We all hung out for a while, while the kids played with each other and while we waited for everyone to come.

We had a wonderful dinner, thanks mom for the meat, and thanks to everyone else and the things they brought to make dinner awesome.

We all got together and had Miley open presents, the only bad thing was we opened the cool vacuum she got from the Popa's first and then she was made and upset that she couldn't play with it. So as you can see she was so Happy! She got some really nice gifts, thanks again Everyone!

Tyler helped Miley drink her bottle so she could be happy enough to do cake, we got it ready and everyone sang Happy Birthday.

Then unfortunately she didn't like the mess on her fingers again so she started to try and flick it off of her hands and onto the floor. So much fun!

I hope everyone still had a good time even if the party girl was so fussy and tired. It sure was good to see everyone.

Here is my step Dad (Cordell) and most of my step brothers and sister, Andy, Neal, Chris, and Stephanie. We said goodbye to everyone and went back to the Deming's for a much needed nights sleep.

Our Birthday Girl!

Today was Miley's Birthday. We started the day by going to Gardner Village in Salt Lake and had one of Sydney's friends' take pictures of the family. Miley was so cute in her picnic dress, she really enjoyed walking around the area. She is getting so good at walking now, its amazing how fast she is growing. I still can't believe its been a year. Here is some of the family photo's she took.

After we got home Miley was all smiles, she wasn't very smiley for the family photo's. But as you can see she was busy and happy here.

I didn't get any pictures of our two kids together at the garden so I tried to take some in front of mom and dad's house when we got home. These were the best I got.

Miley really wanted Reno (Sydney's dog) to play with her. She has been following him all over the house since we got to mom and dad's, carrying his toy around, but he wouldn't play with her. So today on her birthday, he decided to give her a wonderful birthday present...

He actually played with her for quite a while. It made Miley so happy, and made me happy that he would do that for her.

In the afternoon we had a lunch and party for Miley with Family and Friends. The food was so good and it was great to have family around for this special day.

Jonny and Nate had a great time with squirt guns too.

Miley enjoyed her Cake....she didn't really like that her hands were getting dirty, but once she realized the cake was good she would eat a little and then try and get it off of her hands.

We played with bubbles for a little bit, while I cleaned Miley up, and then she got to open her presents. She got so many nice things. Thanks everyone!

One of her favorites was this lion she could push along while it roared here and there and played cute music.

After Miley opened all of her gifts, the boys went back to shooting their guns.

When out of the blue Mom and Boey came out of the house with 2 Supper Soaker guns and nailed the boys...

As you can see Jonny didn't really like it, such a sad face...

But Nate loved it.

After saying goodbye to the great grandparents we went back inside and hung out in there, and played with the kids.

Megan and Sophie were playing a fun game too. They would take turns raising their arms and cheering. It was so funny.

My Dad and Susan came by the house latter that night to say hi to us and the kids. It was so nice to see them. Thanks for coming by and for the nice gifts you gave Miley and Nate.
