Miley's Last day before her birthday...

May 22, 2009
This was the last day that I still had a cute little baby. Tomorrow is her birthday. We drove up to Utah so we could celebrate her birthday with family. We had a ton of fun, the only problem is it makes us so homesick and makes us want to move back to Utah. We will at some point hopefully.
We played inside, and out. The weather was so nice.

Here is a chalk drawing of Reno that Sydney did...doesn't he look so cute.

The kids also had a great time playing with some old trucks in the yard.

Here is one of the fun games Miley love playing with Grandma. She would take Grandma's necklace and shove it in Grandma's mouth and then giggle and Grandma would act like she was eating it and then drop it out again. Then Miley would grab it again and do it all over, each time the both would giggle some more. Miley has now found that she can play this game with my necklace. Yeah Me.

Here is Reno making out with Cami....he loves giving her loves.
This might sound horrible but here is Miley's first experience with bubbles. She didn't know quite what to do with them.

Here is Jonny and Sophie playing with the trucks too.

After the kids got done crawling all over the deck we had to put them in the tub. So Miley and Sophie went first and then Nate and Jonny.

Sophie trying to walk from Boey (Dad) to Cami (Mom). Sophie taught Miley to crawl and now maybe Miley can teach Sophie to walk.
Miley kept trying to play with Reno, but all he would do is run away from her. She would pick up his toy and follow him and talk to him, trying to convince him to play with her, but no luck this night. We had a great night and I went to bed wondering where the time went and how fast my two kids are growing. I am so Blessed.

Picture Time!

While we were visiting home for Miley's Birthday we got family pictures. We went to Gardner Village in Salt Lake and had one of Sydney's friends' take pictures of the family. It was really cool. We are still waiting for the photos she took, but here are some I got.

We have a couple of Smart Alic's behind us here.

Miley's Birthday Gift!

Last weekend, which was a week from Miley's first birthday, we gave her her birthday present early so we could enjoy it before we left for this weekend back home. She got a new swim suit, which she picked out. The funny thing is that 3 different times we went to the store, where I showed her 3 or 4 different swim suits. Well all 3 times she picked the same swim suit....and she was so made when I put it back the first 2 times before we actually bought it. She is so funny. We also got her a swimming pool the whole family can play in with her, and a tube she can sit in, although she didn't really like the tube in her little pool. She also got swimming diapers.
We got the pool up Saturday and then after trying to get the water so that it was warmer we got in and played. We all had a great time. Miley really liked walking around in the water. She is now walking all over. She's still trying to learn how to keep her balance when she carries items, but all in all she is walking really well. So thanks to Hannah for teaching her and showing her how it is done. And a special thanks to Sophie too....she learned how to crawl because of you! :)

We had a lot of fun together in the new pool, and I'm sure it will be nice as it gets hotter and hotter down here. We also went swimming at a real pool in the back yard of Virginia and Pete Toolson in the ward on Monday. Miley actually used her tube while we were there. We had a great time, unfortunately they are moving soon, we are happy for them and sad for us.

Well Happy Birthday our little Sweetheart, Angel, and Princess. We love you. We have been so blessed this last year with you in our lives.
