Easter Sunday Fun with the Fonnesbeck's, Popa's, & Deming's

Sunday 4:30 Easter Sunday my Uncle and his family (Blake, Tina, Amanda, Nichole, Tyler and Dani) and my Aunt and her family (Julie, Sean, Shanne, Alexis, Jaquelyn, and Stockton, and Sean's mom Betty) stopped at our house on their way home from a trip to Disneyland for Easter Dinner and an Easter egg hunt left by the Easter Bunny in our small park area by our house for their kids....and ours.

Here is one of my Aunts, Julie and her Husband Sean. Yes she looks young...she is 11 months older than I am.

Nichole and Amanda, Blake and Tina's oldest girls.

Here is my other Uncle and Aunt, Tina and Blake.

Amanda, Nichole, Dani, Tina, and Shanne.

Alexis looking for eggs.

Me and my Auntie/ BFF in High School and forever.
Jared, Blake and Tyler.

Down to up...Shanne, Dani, Jaquelyn, Nate, and Stockton.

The kids had a great time....we even had a strange neighbor kid that showed up and wanted to hunt for eggs so we gave him one...he left and then after a while came back with his Easter egg basket and his little brother. Then he demanded that we give him our eggs. Alexis being a sweetheart gave his little brother one, but that wasn't the end to them...they then followed us home blocking our path over and over saying we were mean because we wouldn't give them our eggs...it was crazy. He even came to our front gate and wouldn't let Sean in, Sean finally told him to go home. Here is a picture of the boy.

After a while I finally had dinner ready...ham, potatoes and gravy, broccoli, corn, rolls, veggie plate and dip, punch, and brownies and ice cream for desert.

Before and after dinner we just relaxed and talked and laughed. It was wonderful. Nate really liked playing with Stockton, they both love Star Wars, so they had a good time with Nate's Star Wars guys and his Lego's that he builds into tanks and droids.

Around 10:30 we had enough fun. We said goodbye to everyone...Blake and Tina and their family were going to come over in the morning so Tina could cut my hair for me, but everyone else we would have to see next time we were up to Utah. Thanks for coming and making Easter so great. We love you all.

Monday morning before the Fonnesbeck's got in their car to go home. Thanks again Tina for the great hair cut, you are the Best! Come and see us again soon...

Mike and Dani's Visit...

Saturday April 11th our HOA had a big Easter fun day at the park behind our house. They had an Easter Egg Hunt, some of the giant air filled slides and jump and play areas, some obstacle courses, a raffle, free food, the Easter Bunny, and lots of other fun activities. We all really had a good time.

Here is Nate running around to get Easter Eggs with the other kids...

He got quite a few.

While Nate was gathering eggs, Miley made a new friend. These two really liked touching each other and talking. It was cute. They were a month apart in age and Madison was the little girls name.

The kids really liked seeing the Easter Bunny too.

Here is Nate getting ready for one more Easter Egg run...there wasn't enought kids ages 9 to 12 so they made it a free for all.

Miley even got two eggs, one we got ourselves and the other a sweet little boy gave to her.

Nate really enjoyed the slide...the only thing he didn't like about it was that you had to remove your shoes. Nate really doesn't like to get dirty, he likes things to be in order. It was so funny, while he was waiting for his turn the kid in front of him was kneeling on the bag. Nate saw that he had grass on his feet, the kid in front of him that is, so he had to brush it all off, even thought he didn't know the kid. He then cleaned his own feet when he got on...silly boy.

Nate got an orange balloon shaped like a sword, and Miley got a purple puddle. The sad thing was Nate's got pooped by the grass while we walked up to meet Dad and Miley. He was really sad. But we all had a wonderful time. We also won four 6" subs from Subway from the raffle.

Mike and Dani got to our house later that afternoon. They had came down to St. Gorge for a family reunion for Dani's side of the family so they traveled down her to see us after and to stay the weekend. It was so nice to have them down. The kids had a great time with their Uncle and Aunt.

Miley is getting really good at picking up toys, she is helping brother clean up his Lego mess. Nate also decorated some eggs with Mike and Jared. They had a great time together.

Sunday morning the Easter Bunny had come to our house. The kids had a great time collecting eggs.

Miley only cared to get 2 eggs...she loved banging them together. Nate on the other had ran all over collecting them till they were all picked up and his bucket was over flowing.

Here the kids sat with their eggs so I could get a picture of them.

So Easter night we where going to have a total of 19 people over to our house for Easter dinner and another egg hunt, so I made some brownies for desert, well Nate loves to eat some of the batter, well as you can see he sort of looked like the Joker, so we then asked Mike to do the same. Mike is so cool, he made himself into the Joker too.

We went to Church from 1 to 4. The spirit was really strong in our Young Women's lesson, Dani came to yw with me. The president asked her if she was a new Laural in the ward...lol...it was so funny. After church we came home, got out of our church clothes and then the party began. Two of my Aunts and Uncles and there 4 kids, so a total of 8 kids, and my Uncles mom, came over on there way home from Disneyland to visit us and hang out for Easter.

Mike and Dani helped so much with Dinner and the Kids...thanks guys. We had a great time and they got to get to know my crazy family. Thanks again Mike and Dani.

Monday they left later in the morning to head home so they could stop by Dani's Grandma's house. Thanks again for coming, it was so good to see you both and to have fun together. Love you!!

Passing Bye!

My Grandpa Fonnesbeck dropped by to see us Friday and stay the night before he headed down to Phoenix to see his Sister and other relatives. He is such a wonderful man. I have always looked up to him in my life. As a kid he was there to Bless me, Baptise me, and give me advice or Blessings. I have truly been blessed by him. Thanks Grandpa and we love you.

It was really cool to talk to him about our ancestors and to enjoy his wonderful spirit. Now he's off to Arizona. Hopefully we'll see him on his way back home.
